- All our items are authentic, we order directly from the designer.
- Many of our dresses are in stock and ready to ship to you usually within 1-2 business days after your measurements have been confirmed.
-When you place your order, please include the size you would like, your measurements, and wedding date in the notes section.
- When the order is placed, you will receive an email indicating the approximate ship date of the dress.
-If you would like to know if a dress is in stock please email us at [email protected] with the style number, color, and size. Someone will be happy to check shipping times for you!
- Gowns not in stock can take up to 21 weeks to arrive. Express delivery is available upon request and for an additional fee.
- If you would like to try on the gown in the comfort of your own home, ask us about our loaner program!
RETURN POLICY:
BlowoutBridal.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
If you receive your wedding or formal gown and it does not fit or there is anything you do not like about it, simply contact us and get a Return Authorization Number within four days of receiving your gown.
As long as the dress is in the same "like new" condition you received it in, we will be happy to give you a refund on your purchase, or exchange it for a different size, style or color.
This is our Satisfaction Guarantee to you!
A Return Authorization Number must be requested and gowns must be in transit back to us within 4 days of receipt of the original order. Tracking number of the return must also be given within the four day return period. Returns sent without an RA or outside of the 4 day return period will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.
Gowns must be returned in Original Condition with all tags attached and any accessories (detachable straps, shawls, etc.) included.
Freight charges, special custom cut and rush charges are non refundable.
There is NO restocking fee for returned gowns.
No exchanges or refunds are available for custom or special cut orders.
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise returned showing evidence of wear. Any merchandise returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D. Returned merchandise must be in transit back to us within 4 days of receipt of your original order. Merchandise shipped to us after the 4-day period or without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. No replacement dresses or refund will be shipped or given until original dress is received and inspected.
Replica sites are NOT selling authentic designer gowns. We strongly urge you to research any replica site before ordering from the site. These sites use the copyrighted images to produce a dress they have probably never before cut and sewn. They most often use different, lower quality fabrics and laces; replace crystals and glass beads with plastic sequins and beads, etc.
